Our story
The band Mano & Gregor was founded in 2022 with the aim of bringing the Indie Folk music style, already well known by many, to Romania in the form of a high quality production. After 16 years of friendship, "Mano" Botond Ráduly and "Gregor" Gergő Petri decided to create a colorful, non-standard musical project, not only musically but also in terms of approach, where the messages of the songs are as important as the music itself. The band was then looking for equally colorful and open-minded people who could adequately represent the vocation for which this music project was born. In "Krampusz" Zoltán J. Kádár, Tamás Kis and Árpád Szekeres, there was no question of bringing in members whose musical knowledge and, above all, their spirit would make them a long-lasting part of the Mano & Gregor story. That's how we came to be and we want to break down the barriers between musicians and music lovers in the long run, so we will play everywhere where we can make at least one person smile. Our success will be measured in community and shared experiences rather than orchestral standards, and we hope that many of you will join us on this exciting journey, because Mano & Gregor is us and you! That's the only way it makes sense.
